Entitled "Towards a Resilient and Innovative Community," the 39th General Assembly of the ASEAN Inter-Parliamentary Assembly (AIPA) will bring together parliamentary organizations and parliaments from over 20 Member and Observer Member Parliaments in Singapore from 3 to 7 September.
